Terms of Service

1. Introduction

These Terms of Service govern your use of Itsi Mobile residential services, including personal mobile SIM plans and home broadband. By using our services, you agree to these terms.

2. Service Provision

We provide residential mobile and home broadband subject to availability in your area. Service availability is determined by network coverage and local fibre infrastructure.

• Mobile services are provided on the Gamma network
• Home broadband depends on local fibre infrastructure

3. Billing and Payment

Services are billed monthly in advance. Payment is due within 14 days of invoice date. We accept payment via Direct Debit, credit/debit card, and bank transfer.

4. Contract Term

Unless otherwise specified, services are provided on a rolling monthly basis with no minimum contract term. You may cancel at any time with 30 days notice.
